SHOP RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental Fee

• Individual work stations are available for rent at the rate of $20 per hour with a four-hour minimum, or $100 for 6 hours, plus consumables and materials.
• Rental includes use of a coal/propane forge, anvils, and basic hand tools.
• Additional shop equipment includes welders, chop saw, and belt grinder along with a power hammer are available for an additional fee of $10 per hour.
• The blacksmith wishing to rent shop space is expected to have at least a basic knowledge of blacksmithing.
• Additionally, shop renters are responsible for cost of the consumables, materials, and instruction.

Consumables

$10 per hour for propane forge

$15 per 35# bucket of coal

Materials

We recommend shop renters either bring materials or contact us for assistance prior to arrival and material will be sold by the foot.

Assistance

$25 per hour for one-on-one assistant

$50 per hour for one-on-one instruction

When to Pay

I'll accept cash or check on the day you rent the shop.

Signed Waiver for Use of The Shop

Before using the shop all individuals that wish to use the shop must sign a Liability Waiver Form.
